WARNING - OPPOSITE OF HELPFUL, JUST WANT YOUR MONEY I am absolutely baffled by what has happened with my policy - being cancelled due to Agent clerical error and then the agent explained in an annoying joking manner that I now need to pay the premium in full to begin a new policy like there's nothing wrong with that. Financing available even, and yes, it's escrowed so I should not have to come up w this huge amount at once. The absolute worst! We bought our first Florida residence in 2021. All the various coverages were overwhelming regarding coastal dwellings. I put 100% faith in LOOK Agency and Stephanie to align us with the proper coverages and solid provider. Long story short. Like so many, our property was devistated by Hurricane Ian. In the end, not one element of our coverage that Stephanie lined up for us and we had been paying for covered as much as a piece of silverware that was lost. Nothing!! Nada!! I called there 2 times, and I was told someone would get back to me, never did. Went there the sign on door said appointment needed, called while in parking lot, and was told once again that someone would call me to make an appointment that was 5 days ago. I am still waiting for that call.
