WARNING - OPPOSITE OF HELPFUL, JUST WANT YOUR MONEY I am absolutely baffled by what has happened with my policy - being cancelled due to Agent clerical error and then the agent explained in an annoying joking manner that I now need to pay the premium in full to begin a new policy like there's nothing wrong with that. Financing available even, and yes, it's escrowed so I should not have to come up w this huge amount at once.
