Rude heavy set lady messes with your policy and gets an attitude over the phone. Call usa underwriters directly to make a complaint. My name is not Mrs. Smith you have me confused you mess with all of your customers don't you smh.
If for some reason you have a lapse they fill that need. I was able to go through them for the six months in the pool. However, they did not tell me that it was avoidable at the time that I called due to a grace period and change in the law. That was quite upsetting to know I paid several hundred more over six months.
They have always given me a fair price in comparison to my experiences at other establishments.
Excellent phone service! Also in person met with a friendly helpful staff member. She made me feel welcomed!
The company itself targets low-income people and counts on our disadvantages resulting in reactivation fees for...eternity, I guess. Paying the ticket for no insurance is cheaper than ever doing business with this sneaky company. When your company does business this way...you don't get to take it personally when your customers call you out.
