This is a very cool place to have a kids birthday party & movie night ,service is very good and the staff are very friendly.
This theater is such a vibe! They were playing 90's R&B when I walked in to purchase tickets, the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and there was a nice assortment of food/items to choose from. Definitely a unique movie experience!
Ordered a drink which never arrived. 20 minutes later I had to get up in the middle of the movie to ask for a refund which was met with annoyance from the bartender. The manager did take care of it. Accidents happen but you should never ever make your guests uncomfortable from a mistake that you made, unprofessional and just sad.
I enjoy sitting in the 2nd row at movies. I could not enjoy as this is the space the servers use to run back and forth for food orders. The server said I can move seats. I moved seats but then none of the available seats worked. When asked for the manager the server returned and said he could only speak to me after the movie unless I left and came to him. Smh!
