Great customer service. Food was a bit pricey, but good. Really enjoyed the wings and quesadilla.
Came to bring my family for Mother's Day. We had to wait outside the movie theater 15 minutes past the movie start time. Get inside still terrible dirty! You could not order food from the kiosk ahead of time, or in theater. No staff ever came in to take orders. I go out the theater and they say no food orders the kitchen is backed up 300 tickets. I read the reviews and the place looks nice. So my problems with my visit to Look. Neither my date or my seat worked. Theatre 5 seats F3 and F4. The movie attendants only response was “ Yeah… I’ve been hearing people say that about seat”. So the extra money you pay for comfortable seats was definitely a waste. Sitting very upright and uncomfortable for the movie. The food… buffalo wings and loaded fries was decent but took half of the movie to get. I probably won’t be back.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at LOOK Cinemas completely ruined what was supposed to be a special Mother’s Day outing with my mom. It was her first time going to the movies since moving to Atlanta, so I wanted the experience to feel nice and memorable. We arrived early, ordered margaritas at the bar, and placed our food order before the movie even started. We ordered food during our movie and the food arrived AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES into the movie. Everyone's food was late. Terrible service. Very unacceptable and ruined the movie experience.
