The seats were ripped, uncomfortable, kept the lights on during movie and it wasn't loud enough to hear the movie. But, manager was nice
This theatre definitely needs an upgrade overall. They're customer service needs some work as well. When we first arrived jaws was playing on the screen with no sound but we came to see Jurassic Park 🤦🏾♀️. It ran in to the time our movie was suppose to play so my husband had to go mention it that we payed for Jurassic Park not jaws. Food was okay but they forgot items that were suppose to come out with the other items ordered 🤦🏾♀️. Beware!!! I came here last Sunday and ordered with a server. She didn’t ask me about the tip and just decided to tip herself 20% without asking. Also she didn’t offer a receipt nor did I get one texted to me. Another thing they do that violates CA law is charging for water cups. Report that to the health dept if it happens. I contacted corporate directly and haven’t heard back.
Frustrated with parking procedure.
Nice theater just wish the seats went back some more 🤷🏽♂️
