Nice and clean
Worst experience I have ever had. They did not turn on the heater, the building was freezing. The menu has been radically changed. My favorites are gone. And the theater's speaker was blown in theater 10, they insisted they were working on it. But it was obvious they weren't planning on fixing it and had been playing movies in the theater all day for full price. They also require a mandatory 18% tip that is added to your bill. Shoutout to Chris the Manager and Look Cinema. Couldn’t cancel my tickets online because it was after the 60 min timeframe. Explained to him that babysitter had canceled on us and couldn’t make it. Pulled out some Raincheck tickets and said comeback when we can and knows about parental situations. Great customer service!!!
Good food, good movies, seating was comfortable and service at your seat.
This was our First Time going to this movie theater. My family and I were excited after watching a video on social media. It was a complete letdown. Yes, the menu was extensive, but you gave it up for old chairs, and some were broken, and the AC was not working. We ordered a Coke with candy and popcorn, which took 1 HOUR TO GET IT. Cold and stale popcorn at best. I wasn't the only one complaining; my whole row was full of issues.
