First time going to this cinema, customer services top tier by Chris. His so friendly and welcome you at the door. He was making sure if everything was okay help me and my sister in checking in and purchasing food, amazing customer service.
About time you guys closed down. I went once and never again. Whoever reads this, I hope it is the owner or manager, please take my advice and find a regular 9-5. Business management is not for you.
First time here and probably my last I just wasn’t a huge fan this place. Just a heads up the recliners aren’t electric some of the seats are cracked and kinda worn. The prices are insane nearly $16-$20 for food for whatever they have like a basic cheese quesadilla. 1 large drink $7 queso $5 guacamole $5. Popcorn was dry and kinda burnt kinda old tasting not really fresh and the queso had a big chunk of something I’m not sure if it tomato but it was off putting honestly.
Amazing theatre! A high school looking girl named Lily helped me out so much I couldn’t find anything and my kids were running everywhere and she was such a huge help to get my tickets and show me to my theatre, PLUS she helped calm my kids down somehow! LOL
Haven't been here in awhile & it's definitely gone down hill! This used to be my favorite place. I payed $33 for 2 tickets. The seats in theatre 6 looked aged for sure & there was candy wrappers in my seat. I used to be able to order an extra large iced water for less than a dollar & this time I decided to order the small since it was listed as a dollar & man it was the size of a free water cup you would get at a fast food joint.
