We recently engaged Look Cabinets to design and construct our kitchen, laundry and a vanity. We were super happy with both the service and product. Dan made the process both easy and fun. His attention to detail both in the design phase but also once we had decided on the design was really important to us. I can't express how deeply dissatisfied we were with Look Cabinet Directors. There were red flags throughout our experience. The design stage took several months, and manufacture/install took less than 1 week. Design ideas were mostly spoon fed to Look Cabinets, leaving us feeling like we didn't get the full design experience we paid for. We felt that more than one visit to site and the involvement of our builder would have been standard practice, but this wasn't our experience either. Worked with Dan on a job where I needed to get some custom cabinets made, the whole process was very easy, quick and cost effective. Will be using Look Cabinets again
