The service they provide is okay, but the man who runs the company and with whom one makes an appointment is a strange, and exceedingly foul-mouthed little guy who says whatever he thinks, whether it's appropriate or not -- it's super weird. There's another nice, normal and less volatile man with a company that services the same geographical area....avoid the "Twilight Zone" and call him instead!

We started having septic problems at night. I called Look Brothers Septic first thing in the morning. They came out that afternoon and concluded our septic tank needed to be pumped. Not only did they pump our tank, they helped us make sure our pump alarm was functioning, uncovered our access hatches, and answered all of our questions. We had them come back the next day to install ground-level covers to make it easier next time they come out. They were prompt, respectful of our property, cleaned up, patient with our questions... read more
