Not good. Took a wedding dress in to be cleaned. They charged a hundred dollars and sent it back entirely dirty on the bottom (the only place it was dirty in the first place). We took it back and the man admitted that his workers had ignored his written instructions to work on the bottom. He said he would fix it but then gave it back in the same condition. The whole process took more than two weeks and cost $100(!). A rip off, as they say. Very unpleasant.
the people at loohns were very polite and service was great. i'm glad they have 3 day turn-a-round too.i do a lot of shirts and they look good and if not they redo it for no charge. thank you loohns.
