The wait is just unacceptable. My aunt’s appointment was for 10:45 AM and we got to the office early too. There was an issue with her PCP faxing over documents but it was because they refused to check properly until 30 minutes later and they saw that their printer was jammed and not that they didn’t receive the documents. It took more than 3 hours before we were seen by the doctor. The waiting room is also set up in such a stupid way. Absolutely horrible. Utter disrespect for clients’ time. Waited over 2 hours and still was unable to see him. My appt was booked months in advance so I was not a walk-in. His lack of time management is a slap in the face of his patients. His staff were also very unprofessional and rude. I was told they close at 5pm, if I want to wait, then wait. My father had to wait for hours after his Dr apt and then got referred to the wrong specialist in BK, wasting a 1hr+ drive.

I took paper to lab place downstair, and then they gave me A bottle for my juice. I was surprised and upset why the doctor did not inform me first. I felt he was funny and made A joke to me. I felt that he did not respect the patient, special to patient' private place.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Had to wait 4 hours and the doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional.
