I would never recommend Dr. Look to anyone. My daughter went with a serious condition and they told her she had a STD. They gave her a penicillin shot and told her she'd feel better in a couple days. They scheduled an ultrasound. When my daughter finally got her results they came by way of email which stated. "ultrasounds came back fine. FYI" How's that for professionalism.
Dr. Loo is wonderful. I had wanted to change birth control methods, and she was patient and really listened when I talked about what I wanted and what worried me. My Mirena insertion went along just fine, and she was gentle and friendly during it. I've had doctors in the past who were very do it my way, but Dr. Loo is basically the opposite. She's someone who wants to make it work your way.
She right away makes you feel like she has time for you. She makes sure you understand every decision and allows you to ask questions without making you feel rushed or that your questions aren't important. She is very friendly.
