I always get a mushroom calzone to go and it's always wonderful! The girls that take my order are really nice too!

Yes their food is great, but what they don't tell you is the black molding food that is stuck on the walls in the dishroom that they dont clean. They don't tell you about the fruit flys that scott the owner doesn't do a thing about. They keep the air condition on about 84 at all times, so if you like to sweat this place is for you! I dont think the oven has been cleaned in a long time, but hey its 450 degrees in their so at least its sanitary right?

This restaurant is great! I know good Italian food. Chef is friendly, comes out to check on all the customers and he will do anything to make your meal special if you can't have a particular ingredient. We had the mussels marinara one word "AMAZING"! The meal was more then worth the trip from clearwater. I will be back with friends next time.

I just came across this past review and was in Shock to say the least. I and my husband eat at Lonzalos at least twice a week. The food in OUR opinion is out of this world. It's real Italian. It has been the talk of the town. I was really wondering if the last reviewer was talking of the right place? But he was. He new the right names of the people. we love this place! Lonzalo's has great pizza. My family has been several times and especially enjoyed the "deep dish" offerings...enough to feed 5 people and then some! The prices are just right, and it's a wonderful laid-back atmosphere. We suggest getting an outside table if the weather is nice. A+!
