Lonsdale Square Apartments used to be a great place under the previous manager, Krishna Dheer, who maintained everything well. Since the management changed, the property has been poorly managed and several issues are being neglected. I hope the current team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving things.

Very poor management lately This place used to be much better, but the management has really gone downhill. These days, nothing is being taken care of properly. It feels like no one is paying attention or putting in any effort anymore. Very disappointing compared to how it used to be.

Chloe, who showed us the apartment, was very kind, respectful, and generous with her time. Henry, who handed over the keys and showed us around the property, was also very polite and professional. I truly appreciate both of them.

We had such a wonderful experience with Henry from the Lonsdale Square team. He came in today as the manager to do a walkthrough and take over the unit, and we were truly impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and the way he handled everything with such care and attention. Henry was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and pleasant.
