This vet is phenomenal! We moved here from another vet that was bought out by a big corporation and it was the best decision! The staff are so caring and knowledgeable and I love the personal service they provide. I always receive a follow up email and text to see how our pet is doing after each appointment. After he was neutered, they called every couple of days to check in. We feel very cared for and it makes me feel confident in leaving our beloved dogs health in their hands. We had our first appointment with our new puppy, and Zuzana and the whole team were so lovely. They made us feel so comfortable, answered all of my questions (I have a lot) and never made us feel rushed. Great experience so far!
Couldn’t recommend Lonsdale Place Vet highly enough! After my client’s previous vet, Ambleside, closed down, I was looking for somewhere new to take Cooper for his dental treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this business if customer service is important to you. It's disappointing when business owners try to manipulate the narrative to protect their reputation rather than acknowledge shortcomings in their own customer service. Businesses gain success with customers with billing transparency and communication.
