Fantastic visit with Dr. Irwin - took the time to listen to all our concerns and never felt rushed - offered lots of helpful advice to try and resolve the issue.
Lonsdale Place Veterinary Clinic has great service, a caring and polite team, it is a very clean place, great doctors, Dr. Irwin was very caring, explained me everything very clear: treatment, cost, etc. My cat Tishu felt relax, even though was sick. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend this place. Sayda
Usually vets are predatory to tac on expenses when not needed. I’ve never felt pressured to get non essential procedures or addons during my stay, the cost is also very fair and I have not once felt like I’ve been getting ripped off. This has to be the first time I’ve experienced this, I’ve went to a few vets on the northshore and my experiences have all been negative besides this one. This is for my two dogs and my cat
Dr. Irwin cared for our fur baby Henry (and our family) with the utmost care and compassion through his end of life journey. Dr. Irwin and all the clinic staff were amazing - going above and beyond to make sure this incredibly difficult process honoured Henry and was compassionate and peaceful for all of us.
