Extremely unprofessional and rude
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a 2004 Mini Cooper S R53 JCW. The process was stress free and extremely pleasant. Paul went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend Lonsdale Motor Co and will be back for future car purchases.
Utterly shocking customer service. I called with a polite, simple enquiry regarding a car for sale, and received nothing but sarcasm? My advice: AVOID!
