I took my wife’s car to someone else to get the air conditioning fixed with disappointing results. I should have taken it to Lonsdale auto electrics in the first place. The guys at Lonsdale not only found the problems with the air conditioning but they also found another problem I was not aware of, which I was very grateful for. These guys are very thorough and capable people, very easy to get along with and the bill was very reasonable. Absolutely appalling the response of them when I just called to enquire about a connection of my rear view camera with a new head unit installed in my car. The blunt response was: “we are not interested, try someone else”. This is definitely not the way to handle enquiries and treat customers. They really need to understand what customer service is about.
Went out of their way to help me, assisted interstate via phone on auto issue, corresponded with multiple businesses linked to my cars requirements. Excellent customer service. Highly professional. Friendly team. Gordon goes the extra mile and you know from the start that the workshop is trustworthy and supportive.
The air-conditioner in my son’s car was repaired here and the service was excellent. Londale Auto Electrical was very fast, the price was good, and we are all very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended!
