Very Unprofressional. Lon's automotive is a joke. My vehicle was supposed to be done two weeks ago and all I keep getting is excuses as to why it's still not done. No one seems to know what's going on with it and why it's not done; I get a different story every time I call. Their customer service is sub par at best. They do not call and give updates like they say they will and treat you disrespectfully if you inquire. I was put on hold and never gotten back two multiple times and hung up on at least three times. Great to do business with. Very fair prices and great service. I will recommend this business to everyone. I think the guy with the other review must have been smoking something! Ollie
This place is a RIP OFF!!! I would use it as a very last resort, and would probably drive to Farmington before going here again. Their prices are way too high!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope you find this review before giving these con artists your money.
