I had a broken belt on an odd size tire they sent a man to Little Rock to pick up a tire for us.
On the up side, they did inspect our tire and find the bubble, and not charge us. However, they tried to sell us a low-mid brand tire *that typically goes for $50-90 anywhere* for $170 (size 205/60 R16 to give you an idea of the tire specs). I'm assuming they took advantage of our situation with an extreme upcharge, potentially thinking 2 females would be oblivious to reasonable prices for this particular size- not knowing my family owns several tire shops and I grew up working on cars with my pops.
