Lonnie has been so amazing getting my truck ready for winter. Communication was straight forward and honest. He broke everything down for me and was available to chat with me over options that would be best suited for my repairs. Truly happy with his service.
My old truck is happier than ever thanks to Lonny. I left him with an absolutely horrific job that no other mechanic in town wanted to do, or could do for good reason. He somehow hunted down an aftermarket part, got me the best price on it, and installed it flawlessly in a timely manner. He even kindly put up with my many phone nervous calls, explained everything in detail during the process, and walked me through everything afterward. Extemely unprofessional and inexperienced. Basically a thief and con artist. I cant imagine he has any real mechanical experience. Bring your vehicle here at your own risk. It ended up costing me thousands in repairs after driving my truck in fine. He will not honor his work, and will try to cover up damage caused by his lack of proper equipment and inexperience. Incompetent, charges twice the hours and you leave with more problems than you cane in with- doesnt even have proper tools for the job- doesnt honor warranties. Very very poor customer service - will literally crow bar apart your engine - sickening 🤢🤢🤮
