I broke down with a flat tire in Orange Springs. Lonnie met me and got me back on the road in no time! He has a great business and really provided his personal touch. Highly recommend!
Recently I asked Lonnie to look at my front end cuz it was making noise He determined that it was a strut which I already thought it was So I asked him if he could fix it and he said absolutely He installed a new strut and told me that it only needs one and he charged me $500 to put one strut in when I left I asked him how it was riding He said " it's better than it was and what I don't understand is that my tire driver side had wire sticking out of the tire and we're showing heavy wear Now I'm a disabled vet and I do not be... read more
This business sold my client a vehicle with about 139k on the odometer. They forgot to remove the previous oil change sticker that said something like "next oil change due at 225,000 miles". There is a complaint with the state against them for odometer fraud. Also the check engine light was obstructed by a wadded up band-aid. Have an independent mechanic inspect ANY vehicle you are considering prior to purchase. My client cannot get a refund.
OMG! I love this place. They were the best. My husband and I were heading to Georgia for a conference when our tire went flat. Luckily, Lonnie was there to save the day! He changed the tire out and got us back on our way in 15 minutes. His son also works there, and he is incredibly kind— and hilarious to talk with, too! His stories about his dogs made me laugh so much. Speaking of fur-babies, there was a sweet doggo named Charlie there who loves head pats and ear scratches. The best shop dog, and such a good boy.
