I own Real Estate with some complicated legal disputes with the neighbors. I retained Mr. Groot as my attorney and the Legal Representation he has provided me has been excellent.
Very professional attorney.
Mr Groot acts as the city attorney for Sanford. I have found him to be vocally out of line. Mr Groot also thinks he is funny at everyone elses expensive. I also learned that he is pro development and against anyone that speaks out against development. I personally feel that he does a poor job as an attorney. I also told him he was rude. I would not recommend mr groot as a attorney.
