Over several years I have purchased many new vehicles from Lonnie Cobb Ford. The reason I am a loyal customer of Lonnie Cobb Ford is not only because of the wonderful honest sales people it is also because their service department is professional and very knowledgeable. I could go to a Ford dealer closer to where I live but I choose to drive to Henderson to Lonnie Cobb Ford.
First of all Kelby Newsom goes above and beyond to take care of his customers!!!!! BUT we DO NOT recommend the extended warranty you offer!!! We never received a physical copy of the warranty when the truck was purchased, which is partly our fault for not asking for one. Our truck only had 175000 miles on motor, well maintained, all oil changes, services ever done since we bought it!
