I sent a subpoena to Lonie and Hornback for communication and financial information for a few of their clients. Ken Lonie called me back and claimed he deleted all email communications with his clients. I told him if that were true I'd have to subpoena him personally. He informed me of his intention to not comply with an in person subpoena and said if I did put him on the stand he would claim he didn't remember anything. They are fraud. Susan filed my taxes 2021 made a mistake and had me owe the IRS $15000 instead of the IRS paying me. Now in 2022 I found out I cant file electronic taxes because my identity is stollen, I have never had any issues with Taxes till I went to Temecula Valley Taxes now I have so many issues. Stay away
