Great developer and team turning around downtown Bklyn for the better!!!!
Worst of all. RUN if you are looking to move into buildings they manage or develop. I stayed in one of their buildings on Livingston St and both the building construction quality and management quality are so terrible I had to ask to terminate the lease early. The staff are merely helpful, one excuse after another, every small thing takes a week and half to fix and that's after constant followup. Lonicera has been active in Downtown Brooklyn for a long time. They are definitely one of the more respected/trusted developers and have developed some of the nicest buildings in the neighborhood.
