Wonderful service from the staff and manager, very understanding. Lovely rooms, Excellent location. Close to medical facilities Tight car park, $10 per night additional fee, but it is secure.
Stayed here previously and had a few issues, now under new ownership. The new owner was excellent, stayed back late to wait for us to arrive, had just put new couches in the room, has contracted new cleaners that are keeping the rooms much cleaner. Everything was in good working order and well maintained. Plenty of space in the room, great location with street parking available (unlimited Sat afternoons and Sundays, restricted hours weekdays and Saturday mornings). Home away from home just 6 min walk from the medical clinic where we had to attend. Clean, comfortable, everything ready for arrival. Good bed, good shower, plenty of hot water Fully operational kitchen with basic crockery cutlery and food prep equipment provided. Dishwasher and washing machine and all linens provided. Easy carparking for extra fee. So happy with everything we added a night. Excellent customer service and communication. The location is busy but this did not impact our visit.
