During this time I had to call multiple time in regards to her not getting medication, They did not know she need insulin, they were skipping her over on meals at least twice a day, she had to wait 6 hours for her pain med after requesting in and called me crying in pain, when asking for assistance to the toilet she was ignored and soiled her self several times.
