Rude, unprofessional office. We were promised that the counselor’s services were covered in-network by UHC. After 3 months - there’s over $500 in out-of-network billing on our coverage. Most phone calls go to a FULL mailbox. After calls that did go through to fix the billing, appointments were abruptly cancelled, by text.
Excellent staff, plenty of parking, furnished comfortably.
I have benefited from my time at Longwood Care. From my Primary therapist Anna and my short stay with Alicia they communicate with each other and the professionalism shown makes me feel very comfortable and I feel understood. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. A place to vent is very helpful and feel supported. Thank You
