last year i was working with a personal therapist for months and one day, i walked into my regularly scheduled appointment and was told she was no longer with longwood. they tried to make me see a new therapist on the spot. no one called ahead of time to warn me and when i sent in a complaint via email and voicemail, no one followed up. very unprofessional and downright unethical.
Have been there with therapist she's very good I've had her for 5 years the staff is very courteous and willing to go that extra mile for anyone
