Great experience with Longwood homes. I have been impressed with both the sales and design team. Firmly recommend as reliable builder.
We absolutely love our new house. We were expecting to like the house but I wasn't expecting to love it this much. Longwood was great in helping us understand the process and pick things out based on our taste. The house was built exactly as promised and by the agreed day, with everything completed.
Avoid at all costs. Bought a townhouse with closing in 2022. Where do I even start. Sales process was incredibly frustrating with a sales rep that was completely clueless. Closing was delayed on the last possible day they could tell us. Finish work is sloppy and rushed. The worst part has been dealing with their after sales support. Emails are constantly ignored.
