when there to get an hair cut yesterday,this was my first time. when i got there they had 2 customers in the chair and one waiting to be cut…soon after the shop had 4 other customers who came in for a cut….they all Dominicans i was the only non hispanic…..i sat there for 1 plus hour and everyone who came in after me got seen and neither one of the berber said a word to me for the time i was there …..i just got up and walked out. NEVER AGAIN….this was the first time in my life i’ve ever felt discriminated by my own skin color... read more
