It was beautiful can’t wait to go back in October
Best mansion never finished? Very interesting as far as mansion tours go. Longwood is unique in its octagonal design, and in the fact that it was never finished (and was left that way). A very good tour and tour guide walked us through the history of the house.
Very interesting to see the contrast between the finished an unfinished areas. You get to see the "Nutts and bolts" before it transforms. The guide was very informative.
Beautiful place to see,tour guide very knowledgeable. You must see, this place history of this plantation is overwhelming. We plan to go back,to see more of Natchez and spend the night or a weekend. From New Orleans. (Westbank)
