Fantastic service. My 80yo mum in law got Covid on Easter Monday while staying with us from interstate. We needed to get a script for antivirals. Jane (Receptionist) & the doctor went above and beyond to get her a script and had it sent to a pharmacy that was open. It was amazing service and we are grateful for the kind nature that it was delivered. Thanks.
I had the opportunity to visit the clinic with my husband, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Apparently if you make a complaint about one of their doctors, they breach patient confidentiality and gossip amongst themselves about you. Went in to see a different doctor (than the one I made a formal complaint about because I was willing to give the centre another try), appointment was confirmed, I checked in this morning, sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes and then I was informed I wouldn’t be seeing a doctor today.
