This quirky little pub has a big heart, friendly locals, great food at sensible prices, and fabulous bar staff.
Very unwelcoming first experience. The customer service from the blonde waitress was really disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable, which is such a shame because the food itself was lovely. Unfortunately, the overall experience has put me off returning. If you’re managing or running a hospitality venue, customer service, communication, and making guests feel welcome should be a priority. Really disappointing experience overall.

Such a shame because the food is delicious & although an older venue, very clean. We have brought through approximately 10 friends due to the great food, always on a Sunday. All of our friends have reported they will not visit again due to the rude attitude of the staff ( short, blonde female) we have never come across anyone with such poor people skills ).
