My mother lives here and the property managers don’t do anything about the issues, it’s always “send us an email” and it ends up in the abyss. You have a handicap woman in a lower unit and above her is what sounds like 50 rowdy children. There is constant banging, stomping, people or things being thrown about…. To the point where Her tv shakes from everything happening above. Yet nothing can be done, which I don’t believe that to be true. The worst complex you could ever rent from. I am a very grateful person who enjoys the little things in life. I don’t typically complain, However this place is a complete nightmare. Maintenance doesn’t respond to requests. It took 3 months for them to fix the microwave. It took them 6 months (halfway through my lease) to provide a key to the laundry room in my building. I have not had the best experience so far with this office, seem to never be in office when trying to contact them. I'm always being rerouted and cannot talk to anyone in charge. I have given up with them I hope you guys have more luck.
