We had a great experience with the Lennar Mortgage team, Paige, Lindy, Kaci, and Gabby were professional, communicative, and made the process smooth. Unfortunately, everything else has been extremely disappointing. The quality of our new build is poor, with clear workmanship issues that Lennar has minimized rather than properly fixed. We were even told to “adjust our expectations” and use certain paint to hide defects instead of correcting them properly. Thanks for "selling us out", Richard Tucker! This Longview Ridge community was to be custom and semi-custom homes! Instead the original developer, Richard Tucker, sold the lots to Lennar, a builder who's vision is three models. Each Lennar home buyer I have spoken to, regrets the purchase! It is very sad to see a constant stream of contractors doing repairs on homes that are less than 3 months old. The community is now a "track home" development instead of what the original vision was one year ago!
