Thanks for "selling us out", Richard Tucker! This Longview Ridge community was to be custom and semi-custom homes! Instead the original developer, Richard Tucker, sold the lots to Lennar, a builder who's vision is three models. Each Lennar home buyer I have spoken to, regrets the purchase! It is very sad to see a constant stream of contractors doing repairs on homes that are less than 3 months old. The community is now a "track home" development instead of what the original vision was one year ago!
