This builder did the same with us. They sent a letter stating that they will fortit the deposit and the project is canceled I contact thier lawyer who told me that this company have issues and the project is not going to happen. I signed the letter and sent it back and got my deposit back I passed this morning and I could see construction on site. All what I say about them big time scamming
Does anyone know if the builder started the project?
This company accepted large deposits for the Longview property, then never began construction. Office is closed, website is down, they don't answer phone calls. Very shady. Do not trust this organization.
