I have had nothing but a great experience at this office. Everyone has been caring and compassionate. And Dr. Jones is a genius when it comes to hip replacements.
Seen Dr. Hayden Rockson, experience was okay but did not feel comfortable with agreeing to a ct scan scheduled for next day without confirming out of pocket costs with my insurance company first. Was told I could call back if I had any additional questions, I called back next day wanting to know if the shock, pulling, tingling sensation in my finger would persist or worsen over time if I decided not to go the CT Scan and surgery route and what the recovery time could look like if I did decide to move forward with surgery (si... read more

I have been taking care of my 82yo grandmother who had recently broken her dominant arm. She was referred to Longview by the hospital and I have never experienced this level of incompetence in a doctors office. Given the wrong times for appointments or not being told of time changes, repeatedly not being called for virtual appointments or calling the wrong number when repeatedly told the correct number, driving an hour and half to pick up a written perscription so it could be fill before Christmas so she didnt run out of pai... read more
Office visits and care were wonderful for 3yrs. After pain management during that time I decided to do a total knee replacement. That experience was good until after surgery in recovery…. Procedure done at 9:30am by 1pm my knee was in such pain, I asked if I should feel pain, wondering if it was in my head within an hour face held in hands tears flowing from the pain and discomfort progressively coming alive… a male nurse said you ok?
