I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Hilliard, OH, office. I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior demonstrated by dental hygienist Brent. His remarks and demeanor were not only inappropriate but also caused significant distress to my daughter, who began crying as a direct result of his behavior. Smile doctors is the best!! The staff are so welcoming and always trying their best to make our experience the best! They make us feel right at home with a hot chocolate/ coffee bar, lots of snacks and a kids room. I am please at the progress of my child’s teeth as well. I would recommend smile doctors.
The staff couldn’t be nicer and more inviting. They go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable.
Awesome place to get orthodontic care! Vilma Sanchez did an amazing job walking us through the process! Very detailed and thoroughly explained all procedures and pricing! Dr. B was also very personable. Would recommend to anyone!
Everyone is so kind and my kids have loads of fun in the game room my two girls have braces and my son has Invisalign they treat us so well

Our family has been cared for by Dr. Awbrey for over 20 years. He is a very caring, expertly trained totally professional orthodontist who stays up on the latest technology and medical care in todayâs ever changing health care environment. He cares for each patient and family as he would his own children and family. We have had 5 children plus 2 adults treated and I would not get this great care anyone else.
