Firstly, I would like to compliment the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Vilina , for the exceptional care I received on 02/09/2025. As a naturally nervous patient, I felt very anxious before my smear test, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm and reassuring manner. She explained each step clearly, checked in with me throughout to make sure I was okay, and created a safe and comfortable environment during what can be an unpleasant procedure. Receptionist Tina is very rude and unhelpful. After reading more reviews, you think they should have training. Even worse, when you explained you are dyslexic and cannot read or spell, the hospital told you that you need this all the time. I was also trying to avoid coming into the doctor's to speak to a nurse about these tablets; I was grateful, thinking she was helpful; however, I said it was not that letter.
