We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

The office staff treated me horribly when dealing with my mom. I had to get the state to intervene in order to keep them from kicking her out, because her insurance denied. The 2 staff members talked down to me and 1 was practically yelling at me. Joseph was awesome as was Marsha the physical therapist. The nurses and aids were also very good at tending to her. It's a shame that they let their office personnel get by with being so rude to family members, when the rest of the staff are doing such a great job.
I'm only giving 3 stars because some of the employees are exceptional. Rehab was persistent with my husband but one of his nurses was not. That's my one and only complaint. If I had gotten there 15 minutes later I probably would have doing him dead because she said nothing was wrong with him. Long story about all the details but she ended up calling 911 he coded right after they got there. I don't know how long it took them to revive him but they were doing CPR on the gurney will rolling him out the back way. I went out the ... read more
Prison inmates are fed better than the residents at this facility. I’ve witnessed first hand the meals these people are served and expected to eat. Also been present when people have been skipped over and just not fed at all. She depends on me to buy groceries for her bc she can’t stomach the food, when I can barely feed my kids. She’s lost ALOT of weight since being there. I absolutely hate it there. If I had the means to do so, I would move her some place else.
