Our A/C was having problems keeping up with intense Colorado heatwave. We called and got service scheduled and recharged the unit. Now it is working perfectly. I was afraid we would need a new air conditioner unit since it is older, but luckily is fixable. Now we are scheduled for our fall tune up. Highly recommend getting the gold plan and keeping these pricey house appliances in working order before they break. Kind of like changing oil on a car!
