Longview was able to get me an appointment the next day. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house were wonderful and easy to work with. My AC was fixed and back up and running in about an hour. I absolutely would recommend them if you need HVAC work!
Ivan from Longview Heating & Air came out to my house to check out my AC unit because it was not functioning properly. He was very thorough and worked fast. Even wore shoe covers inside my house so he didn’t track dirt anywhere and he was very professional. He fixed the issue and explained everything while he was there but also sent a very detailed email explaining said issue along with pictures and what was done to fix it.
