What a life-changing experience this has been for me. Karen is one of the most inspirational people I’ve ever met. She is such a wonderful teacher and all around beautiful human being. Yoga is (and I have said this to her many times) the hardest thing I have ever done. Karen, however, has me looking forward to every single minute of her yoga sessions. I’m so grateful to have her guidance. What a blessing she has been to me and what a blessing she is to this community.
I am a huge fan and regular client of Karen with Longview Healing Arts. Every reiki session is so relaxing and healing on multiple levels. She answers all my questions (I ask lots) with compassion and informed answers and gives helpful tips I can use to continue to the reiki process. It is undeniable her heart is truly in her work. Her teaching was instrumental in helping me to build a consistent yoga and meditation practice. Both of these practices have been transformational for me!
