I was pleased that they suited what I was looking for and the service was great. They were always looking for me to be satisfied with the job I was looking for. I definitely recommend them.
Worse customer service ever. I leave a one star because I can't leave less. The owner left me waiting all day for them to come measure and never showed up. I called them in the afternoon next day to see what happened and his excuse was that he was too tired to call me and apologize. Then he said to fond someone else that could give me better customer service and hung up on me. Very irresponsible and lack of customer service. They are very professional and their work is top of the line. He took time to show me different granite slabs and made great recommendations. He never pressured me... he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. His price was very competitive. I highly recommend Luis and Longview Granite Services.
