I was being charged for theft of my own puppy, that I was 100% the owner of and my charges were dismissed. Officer Voelker, abused his authority to arrest me in the case because there are many clearly established law dating way back in time that express where there’s a property dispute - there is no rise to jurisdiction to make an arrest, it is only for a judge and/or a jury to make that call of who owns property and that has the authority to make those sort of decision.
