The community is nice,but the management is not good because the irrigation pond water hasn't worked for months and the rent is too much. *Update for 2026* The manager is rude and sends notices for nothing, they have a rule against vegetables that can be seen from the street, so if you live on a corner lot, it is hard to grow vegetables without giving you a notice, my neighbor got evicted for renting his house. Was just sent the rules and regulations before considering buying a home here. Absolutely do not buy a home here. This isn’t a community it’s a prison camp. If you are looking to buy a home here you are obviously an adult and would want to live your life as such and the rules here aren’t going to accommodate that. You pay an outrageous amount of money just to be told you can’t do anything, own anything, make any decisions, have any company, and your smallest mistakes will cause you a world of problems. Don't rent the office they kept a 200 deposit for a "strach" on the floor witch was taken care of, and they had said was fine , we called they said it was given back witch is false, then they did not know what to say, the last lady who worked there got fired for the same reason pocketing money not putting it in the books. We need honest people to manage not thieves.
I am retracting my review because the office is done nothing but try to make things better we really appreciate their hard work and I know it's really difficult dealing with difficult people like me I really appreciate your response and fixing the issues with the pool
