PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE IF SELLING TO THIS COMPANY; What can I say, a week ago we sold our caravan to this company and was informed a day later and the quote was"it is pissing in with water,,"so we shall be deducting £1500 because of the work to put this right and, a week later they are advertising it a a pristine caravan and they gave us £7000, it is now advertised for just short of £13,000 (robing bastard's), so after nearly 30yrs of dealing with these people all I can say is I am absolutely disgusted with the attitude, lie... read more
If I could give ten stars I would! The service, the knowledge, the guidance, the patient was second to none! First night out in our little caravan and we are so happy. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts, we will definitely be back and we will highly recommend.
Excellent customer service provided by Graham. As first time caravan buyers he made choosing our first caravan a very easy process. Nothing was too much trouble with answering any questions and demonstrating how beds unfolded etc. Great selection of used caravans to choose from. No pushy sales tactics, just ask for a key and you're free to look at whichever caravan you're interested in. When collecting my caravan I was shown all appliances working and how to use everything. The information and advice provided was brilliant.
