Dr Carradus wrote to DVLA i was unfit to drive. I am now a 4 month hermit/recluse. I have asked Longton Health Centre repeatedly to write to DVLA i am fit to drive. Which is the only way i will get my driving licence back Sara Heywood has resolved matters by un registering me. Deleting my reviews. Sending me recorded delivery letters. And blocking me using there triage form. I have COPD and my kidney blood count is 60 which is probable diabetes type 2
