Good food, good service and local hangout for the older folks liars table
I had a really disappointing experience at this primary care office. From the moment I walked in, everything felt rushed and impersonal. The doctor seemed more focused on moving patients through as quickly as possible rather than actually providing quality care. When I finally saw the doctor, the visit felt incredibly brief. All he did was read was my previous charts instead of asking about current issue. The nurse practitioner Laura Cupp is simply caring, honest and not rushed about time. She listens and works up a plan of care agreeable to the patient. She isn’t just making demands but offering choices and that matters to patients. She is 5 stars all day long. However that front office staff need a training in how to treat patients with courtesy and respect. Thanks to that front office staff who closed the window on me and told me to figure it out was rude and inappropriate.
