I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. My sister arrived at the facility at 1:41 PM after being told she needed to be there by 1:45 PM in order to be seen. The appointment reminder did not include a suite number, and when she searched the address online, it directed her to the second floor. After waiting in line there, she was informed the office was actually on the first floor. Terrible bedside manner. While the office and technicians are great and Allaire is smart, he has no problem telling you bad news while seeming very nonchalant about it. Challenge him and ask questions. He won’t like it, but you have to be your own advocate because you know yourself best. He also seemed to forget simple facts of medical history despite it being on the chart and reminded by us several times. So that tells you how much he pays attention and focuses on each patient.
