Not off to a great start. I showed up for my appointment today at the address I was given & found out I was scheduled in Baldwin, a half hour away. But they gave me the Jesse jewel address. We even talked about the letters outside the building. I live 10mins away in Gainesville. No idea where Baldwin came from. So I've used PTO today & will have to again next week.
They were behind on everything during my pregnancy, they do not answer when you need to get blood work done. Nobody answers their phones
Really awesome location! I've been to a few and they're all great but especially this one! The girls at the front desk were so helpful when I was having difficulties with my insurance. They didn't rush me and like I said, helpful in every way they could be. The practitioners were also very kind!
checkout girl was rude and had an attitude for no reason at all.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to NGPG they do listen to you. I went in due to UTI symptoms and discomfort since I was self pay she refused to test for anything even after I told them I was willing to pay for anything needed visit seemed rushed and I just got a prescription for an anti inflammatory and was sent on my way I had to get a blood panel done at labcorp and got treated at my local urgent care.
