DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely terrible experience. The nurses and doctors do not communicate, and patients are left to deal with the fallout. Appointments get scheduled and moved around however they feel like, with zero consistency or accountability. The nurses are extremely rude and dismissive, especially when you advocate for yourself or point out mistakes. They don’t like when patients are informed about their own care. Rude on phone when trying to make a first appointment. I ended up saying nevermind and looked for care elsewhere.
Just moved to the area and was trying to find a gynecologist. I filled out the pre-registration questionnaire a they had my chart. When I got there, the nurse or medical assistant asked me the same things I had answered and that were already on my chart. Then once Dr. Dillard came in the room, after waiting for 30mins, she was very perky and proceeded to ask me the same questions. Not reading through my chart was just bizarre to me.
