Very disappointed with the payment plan options. Being hit with so many separate medical bills is very challenging financially and I was unable to make the minimum payments per month. I was told that I could make a lower payment but only if I took the time to call the billing department monthly to make the payment instead of auto pay. This is a huge inconvenience for a new mom juggling recovery, returning to work, and of course care of a new baby. This policy is ridiculous and needs updating.
