I can see why they have bad reviews! Sometimes no help is better than horrible help! I was sent to the wrong place twice as I walked in! Then I finally got to the correct place a few minutes later late! I was greeted by a very ugly talking lady named Brittany! Saying I was late and if the appointment behind me comes in then she has to take them! I was sitting in the chair 20 min! Plenty of time to start my MRI! She did nothing! This is for the lady at the desk. I was going to the urgent care and even though you have signs not feeling good I was a little confused. Your reaction when I pointed to the left..goodness. if i hadn't felt so bad i would habe complain right then maybe you were having a bad day but you should leave it when you step behind that desk. Tuesday Sept 9th round 12;30 so you know who i am talking about
Just went this morning for 3 types of imaging in 3 separate offices. Got all 3 appointments done before the second appointment was even scheduled for originally! Fantastic! Professional staff who directed me to each appointment and even shortcuts thru the building, making it even quicker. Thanks!
The lady I spoke to on the phone scheduled me for 9:30. GPS sent me to the wrong place across the street I was then told I was to report to the 3rd floor. I reported the the 3rd floor she then sent me to the 1st floor. I was 8 minutes late by then. Receptionist wasn’t even out there when I got here I sat and waited. She was very rude and told me she wasn’t sure what time I would be seen. I waited until 10:15. She then told me I could come in after that one which would be 45 more minutes.
