I was scheduled with Angela Butler. I waited over an hour for my new patient appointment. Very displeased. It was not communicated that they were running behind at all. As soon as I opened the web browser to write my review the first two reviews were people with the same issue of wait time & lack of communication. I do not recommend this practitioner. I left. Very displeased. Very disappointed.

My appt was at 10am to see Angela Simmons-Butler. I arrived at 9:45 as instructed. By 11:30, I still hadn't been seen so I left. From the conversations in the waiting room, this is a normal occurence. I'd recommend going anywhere else but here. They have no respect for patients' time and the whole place gives off health dept vibes.

As a New Patient - at the 855 office location - on my first visit there I sat in the waiting room for hour and a half with probably another 30-45 min before I would be seen. I can never go to a Dr or staff that doesn't respect their patient's time. I told the receptionist that i can't wait for going on 2 hours for an app't and cancelled my app't and left - will not be back. If you value your time, I would avoid this office.

Longstreet Clinic offers a variety of providers. I am very happy with Casey Bolton and Emily McGahee at the Demorest office. They do not hesitate to get you the care you need. They are both professional and caring. You can't ask for better care. I'd like to give them a shout out - Thanks for all you do for me.
